Welcome!
Southern Hospitality (26"x38")
Welcome to my blog! This blog will post my current activities and observations. Hope you will enjoy it, come back to visit again, and give me your feedback.
Susan Brubaker Knapp gave a blog school for 4 of us on Friday. She is a great teacher and helped set up my blog as part of her demonstration.
What a great help. I feel like I am edging into the 21st century. All I need now is to learn how to work with all the resources available with SAQA University.
Thanks for looking.
Nancy

ReplyDeleteHi Nancy,
ReplyDeleteI love your work. My comments on your piece Economy.
It is delightful how you have taken the cold facts of economics and transformed it through the use of blossoms. It softens the reality that there are many highs and lows in the statistics of a country's economy.
From your "chart" there has been peaks and then a what appears to be a low that could be gaining strength.
Unfortunately economics can divide and isolate communities, at times of low many people and their families suffer hardships through the loss of jobs, and this social pressure causes prejudices, but can also bring out the best in communities that pull together to help one another.
Cheers
